"Hi! My name is Marise. I started diving in 2023 after getting my degree. I wanted to travel and try something new, so I did the "zero to hero" course. I immediately fell in love with diving and the underwater world. It’s peaceful and quiet, and I love that the only sound you hear is your own breathing.
After becoming an instructor, my course director introduced me to mermaiding. It’s every little girl’s dream to be a mermaid, so I tried it once just for fun. I loved it so much that I decided to become a mermaid instructor as well. It's so much fun to swim through the water like a mermaid, and I really enjoy sharing that experience with others!"
Outstanding Divemaster Award
