If you would like to visit our dive resort with a dive group, it’s best to contact us directly through our reservations department (click here). Once you have reserved there are a few things to consider, next to our general information, that will be listed here below.
ORIENTATION
When you arrive with a dive group, we always kick off the week with an orientation at our dive shop. Please ask your group leader for the specific meeting time and place. When we do the orientation we might ask you to show your certification card(s) and STINAPA TAG so please bring them with you.
BOAT CAPACITY
Not every available boat has the same capacity, that’s why it is important to let us know in advance the amount of divers you wish to come dive with. We have several boats available, but there is a possibility that some groups need to be split up to divide them amongst our boats. If there are any preferences regarding split groups, just let us know so we can reserve it accordingly.
SCUBAR
As appriciation for choosing Toucan Diving as your dive center, we offer groups a Happy Hour before they leave. This will normally happen on the Friday before departure, but if there are any complications we are flexible to change it. Our motto is #ToucanRocks, so as a tradition we present our groups with a beautiful painted rock during this Happy Hour. It's also a great opportunity to share stories and bond with the team.
Gratuities
During the ScuBar we also create a moment to show appreciation for the team and their efforts to accomodate each group by presenting our tip box. Of course it also helps our team if you would write a nice review about your experience and give the instructors some credit on TripAdvisor or Google review.
